If we do require the product to be shipped back, we'll provide a pre-paid return shipping label. For any products not brought back to the store, we may require you to submit more information, photos, or ship the product back to us. If you believe you have received a product that has a quality issue, the majority of the product must be intact and the packaging available so that we can properly investigate the potential issue.
